PARADE OF HOMES  2008
Garage Exhibit Space
 The following rules will apply:

  • ‚ Space to be arranged on a "first come, first served" basis depending on the date and time the application is received in the ICHBA office.
  • ‚ In order to guarantee your reservation(s), fees must be paid by August 17, 2008
  • ‚ Payments must be made & signed agreements turned into the ICHBA office in order to be valid although you may have received this form from another source
  • ‚ The number of spaces available in each garage is determined by the number of parking spaces. Exceptions to this rule may be granted only by the ICHBA Parade Committee
  • ‚ Fee for members is $250 per space; non-members $450 per space.
  • ‚ Gifts, lotteries, or name registering will be allowed by garage exhibitors only.
  • ‚ No live remotes will be allowed at any home except as approved by ICHBA Parade Committee
  • ‚ Promotion of any product or service will be permitted by exhibitors only
  • ‚ Space is to be used by authorized exhibitors only.
  • ‚ Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ICHBA, the 2007 Parade Committee and/or their assigns for any claim for damages of loss, or any claim, cause of action or cost whatsoever in connection with the 2007 Parade of Homes.
  • ‚ It is preferred that exhibits be staffed during Parade hours, however, it is not mandatory

    All vendors are at the discretion of the builder of the home.

    AGREEMENT

    In consideration for exhibit space in a 2008 Parade of Homes garage. I/we agree to pay the Iron County Home Builders Association the sum of $________. I/we further agree to abide by the above rules.
